1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any services offered by kiss9 through the website kiss9.pro or our official mobile app, you hereby agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes full effect from the moment you first use the platform, regardless of whether you have read this document in full.

2 User Eligibility

Access to the kiss9 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 Years and Above on the account registration date.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or physically located within Malaysia at the time of use.
• Not previously banned or restricted by kiss9 from using the platform.
• Not subject to any court order or law prohibiting participation in online gambling activities.
• Not acting as a representative or agent on behalf of another party in any transaction on the kiss9 platform.

Kiss9 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Users who fail to verify their eligibility within the specified period will have their accounts suspended until verification is complete. Funds in accounts found to be in violation of the age eligibility requirements may be fully forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on kiss9 at any time. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, identification number, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. The information provided will be verified through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal is permitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. kiss9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

6 Game Rules

General rules that apply to all games on kiss9:

• Any game result that has been finalised is final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, kiss9 will make every effort to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and funds returned.

7 User Conduct

8 Account Termination

You have the right to close your kiss9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all available funds have been withdrawn, as kiss9 is not responsible for any funds left in a closed account beyond 90 days.

Kiss9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Recommendation by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Activities that are suspicious or potentially harmful to the platform or other users.
• The user's failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.

9 Liability Limits

Kiss9 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, unless such losses are directly caused by gross negligence on the part of kiss9. kiss9's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the user's last deposit made within the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
